Product description
Derby D91 PU Sealant is a one-component, polyurethane-based sealing material that cures with the humidity of the air.

Features
• Cures with the humidity of the air.
• After curing, it can be painted over.
• Heat resistance is between -40°C and +90°C.
• It is resistant up to +120°C in short-term temperature changes.

Application Areas
Spare parts applications in the automotive industry. In wall, curtain and prefabricated concrete joint gaps. In the assembly and insulation of iron, sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and plastic materials. For sealing in ventilation ducts, air conditioner manufacturing and assembly, joints of rainwater collection pipes on roofs and rain gutters. It reduces vibration in metal and sheet metal joining works, and isolates water, gas, air and dust-permeable gaps.

Application
It is applied with a suitable mastic gun between +5°C and +35°C. The thickness of the adhesive to be applied will vary depending on the type of material to be adhered. After the application, the materials should be brought together within the crusting period. Materials must be held together mechanically until curing is complete. Curing time may vary depending on temperature, humidity and thickness of the adhesive.

Shelf life
Keep the packages in a dry and cool environment. Do not store above +25°C. Shelf life of unopened packages is approximately 18 months.
