Derby One High Tack Tube

Product description
It is a strong one-component adhesive produced with SMP technology, which cures (hardens) with the humidity of the air. It has a rigid-flexible structure. The distinguishing feature of this product is that it has a high first contact and is used in direct nail-free bonding and assembly works. After 10 seconds of application, it carries the adhered material without the need for any carrier support and dries where it is.

Features

Where Used
It can be applied in sanitary environments. Suitable for use in construction, automotive, marine, aerospace and industrial applications. Structural bonding processes, wall panels, insulation materials, mirrors, skirting boards, cornices, etc. bonding materials.

Application
It is applied with a suitable sealant gun between +5°C and +35°C. The thickness of the adhesive to be applied will vary depending on the type of material to be adhered. After the application, the materials should be brought together within the crusting period. Materials must be held together mechanically until curing is complete. Curing time may vary depending on temperature, humidity and thickness of the adhesive.

Shelf life
Keep the packages in a dry and cool environment. Do not store above +25°C. Shelf life of unopened packages is approximately 18 months.
