Derby D55 Chemical Anchor is a polyester-based adhesive and assembly mortar. It is used successfully in floor, wall and ceiling applications with its paste-like structure.

Application Areas
It is used on hard surfaces such as concrete, granite, marble and perforated bricks.

Application
Drill a hole in the surface equal to the diameter of the mixer tip attached to the end of the product. Clean the inside of the hole from dust with the air pump. Open the cartridge cover and insert the mixer tip into the application gun. Discard some chemical mortar to ensure complete mixing. Fill the chemical mortar up to 2/3 of the hole by inserting the mixer tip of the cartridge into the bottom of the hole. Monitor the gelling time of the mortar. Turn clockwise after inserting screws, bolts, or similar material into the hole before complete gelation begins. Excess will come out. Max. Curing takes place within 1 hour.

Shelf life
It is 12 months if stored in its original sealed package under appropriate conditions.
