Product description
Derby 600 PU Foam is a one-component aerosol polyurethane foam that expands and cures with moisture. It is designed for use with the pipette supplied with each aerosol can.
Features
• Waterproof and paintable.
• After drying, the cured foam can be cut, sanded, painted and plastered.
• It does not contain any propellant gas that can damage the ozone layer.
Application Areas
Installation, insulation and insulation of door and glass frames. Filling and sealing gaps, large cracks and holes. Insulation and insulation of electrical installations, hot-cold water pipes
Application
During the application, the ideal packaging temperature should be +20°C and the ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C. Before use, hold the can horizontally and shake well. Insert the straw into the valve. Use the foam by pressing the valve with the can upside down. Wetting the foam after application reduces the curing time and increases the bond strength.
Shelf life
It is 15 months in its unopened original packaging, under appropriate storage conditions and at room temperature.
Warning
It should be used in sufficiently ventilated environments. Use gloves while working. It should be kept away from flammable materials. The tube is under pressure; It should not be exposed to direct sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. It should be kept away from children. Application at low temperatures reduces the yield and cure time of the foam. Shelf life may be shortened if stored above +30°C and below -5°C. The box should be kept upright during storage and transportation.
